Shipping policy

I have a 14-21 business day turn around time on all orders.

This means it will ship no later than 21 business days. (Not including holidays and weekends)

Ready to ship items turnaround time is 1-7 business days (not including holidays and weekends)

Monday-Friday 

Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

If your item is returned to sender you will be refunded for the item only no shipping cost will be refunded.

(When ordering items that need to be bleached, we are dependent on the weather. Rainy weather can delay production times slightly.) 

Once orders have left Summer Creations Co we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
